During the first week they explored the city and reflected on the possibilities of tactical urbanism in Brno's streets. They were intrigued by the topic of walls and their potential for revitalising public space. Walls do not only have to be a dividing but also a connecting element of the city. Together they prepared an inspiring lecture for the students and in the following week they organised a workshop where students explored creative ways to use walls in the life of the city. This gave students the opportunity to reflect on the development of their neighbourhood, specifically the new waterfront that is currently being built in front of the Faculty of Architecture building.
