AT3-A - summer semester 2022/2023

Annotation
Assignment: Design of an apartment building based on current principles of ecological and low-energy living. Location – area of ??the former disused coal mine Frenštát in the cadastre of the municipality of Trojanovice. Cooperation with the village management and with Kamil Mrva architects and a follow-up to the long-term CÉRKA project.
My design reflects the natural shape of the hill, the lines follow the contours and the individual elements complement the space without disturbing the character of the landscape. The proposal includes a total of 17 buildings, the majority of which are apartment buildings, which are complemented by terraced houses and family houses for functional reasons.
Communication between the buildings is conducted along two diagonals, the spaces in between are filled with parks and trails.
The solution is functionally separated from the area dealt with in the CÉRKA project, but it appropriately responds to the needs that have arisen and enables full community use.
